The hotel is styled very nicely. Refillable water stations were very useful. The showers are nice. The gym has very nice facilities. I found the hotel felt new and polished.
The minibar wasn't as cold as I would have liked.

I found the staff and decor to be of superb quality. it felt possibly the best place i have ever stayed. to celebrate my anniversary, i received an automatic upgrade and a complimentary bottle of alcohol-free champagne. A thoughtful touch that enhanced. the staff were attentive and eager to fulfill my needs.
The bedroom windows did not open, which resulted in a stuffy atmosphere. a better ventilation system is welcome. This made sleeping somewhat uneasy and i missed fresh air.

i enjoyed a good evening meal in the restaurant with high quality ingredients and skillful preparation, while the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day well. both experiences were certainly nice.

The hotel features modern facilities. I appreciated the art deco twist in the details. unlimited tap water from the dispenser in the hallway and royal copenhagen cups for coffee added a touch of luxury and convenience.

the superior king corner room was spacious with modern fixtures. i found the bed comfortable and the bathroom included complimentary toiletries. a refillable water station was located in the hallway , which i used often.
the windows in my room did not open , so ventilation was limited.

the location was ideal and the room had a good size, offering enough space to unpack.
i had issues with the toilet in my room at night, it was unusable due to constant water flowing. i reported it, but they didn't offer another room or a refund. considering the room price, this feels unacceptable. i checked out early because of this.
